The Nutcracker is one of the most recognisable symbols of Christmas, and this silicone mould allows you to turn it into an original handmade candle or decorative figure.
The mould features an abundance of fine details, including a decorative hat, expressive moustache, uniform buttons and ornamental details. These details give the finished piece a distinctive look and allow you to create candles that look beautiful on their own or as part of a festive arrangement.
Experiment with colours! A classic red Nutcracker is perfect for a traditional Christmas collection, while a white or cream version suits a minimalist interior. Figures in rich, dark shades can become an elegant accent in festive décor.
The mould can be used not only for candles but also for creating decorative castings from suitable mineral casting compounds.
For candles: we recommend choosing a wax specifically designed for pillar / moulded candles, as it becomes sufficiently firm when set and helps preserve the fine details of the figure. Select the wick size according to the wax you are using and the shape of the candle. Before selling the candles, always carry out burn tests.
For decorative castings: the silicone mould can be used with suitable plaster or mineral casting compounds. Remove the casting only once it has hardened sufficiently to avoid damaging the fine ornamental details.
Dimensions are based on the external measurements of the mould. The final figure size may vary.
Krevo Tip: due to the abundance of fine details, pour the wax slowly and allow it to fully set before removing the figure from the mould. This helps reduce the risk of damaging the Nutcracker’s intricate details.
